Bora Sigol is a local food company rooted in Gangwon, Korea, a region known for its clean air, mountains and seasonal ingredients. We bring Korean fermentation traditions into modern, easy-to-use foods. Our jang is made with meju fermented by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SCGB1, a patented Korean indigenous strain. Our first product, Sandeul Jang, pairs rich doenjang with Gangwon mountain greens in a simple add-hot-water meal. We welcome importers, distributors and retail partners worldwide.
