Detailed Description

Carbon nanofibers manufactured by TheMoaNano are produced through an in-house polymerization system that synthesizes polyamic acid (PAA). Using the company’s proprietary electrospinning system, polyimide nanofiber membranes are fabricated, which are then converted into carbon nanofiber membranes through imidization and carbonization processes.
The resulting carbon nanofibers exhibit excellent porosity and specific surface area, while maintaining high flexibility and lightweight characteristics. For carbon nanofibers with CNT growth, they exhibit thermal dissipation properties both in the horizontal x- and y-directions as well as in the vertical z-direction.
