The Lock Device with patented technology is a device that locks fittings and valves so that they never come loose.
In the case of gases and chemicals used in the semiconductor and display industries, UHP type fittings and valves are often used, and especially in the case of the metal face seal type, there is a high risk of leakage accidents due to vibration and operator error because the structure is fastened by the number of turns rather than the torque value.
To prevent leakage accidents caused by loosening of such fittings and valves, we propose a lock device with patented technology.
The lock device not only prevents loosening, but also allows you to distinguish the IN and OUT of the fluid by colorizing it, and by installing a lock, it can also serve as a LOTO (Lock Out, Tag Out) function so that only authorized operators can operate it.
