Using a Rainbow Robotics collaborative robot (RB3-1200) equipped with an electric gripper and a tool changer, the system automatically picks, moves, and places parts between processes such as machining, inspection, assembly, and packaging. By replacing manual handling tasks, it helps resolve labor shortages, reduce operator fatigue, and improve the stability and efficiency of production.

Designed for easy integration into existing lines, the system supports flexible layout changes and can be reprogrammed for different products or processes. Its collaborative robot allows safe operation alongside workers (within defined safety conditions), making it suitable even for sites with limited space or where full fencing is difficult.
