TFC-ACPE(MB) is a masterbatch-type chemical blowing agent specifically designed for
chemically crosslinked LDPE foam applications. It enhances foam structure by promoting uniform
cell formation and improves compatibility with various resin types. With excellent dispersion and
thermal stability, it ensures consistent surface quality and fine cell morphology throughout the
foaming process.
Additionally, TFC-ACPE(MB) improves shatter resistance of the final foam product, making it ideal
