TFC-PY660N is an endothermic chemical blowing agent designed for extrusion and injection
foaming of thermoplastic resins. Unlike conventional exothermic agents such as ADCA, it
produces microcellular foam through stable gas generation, primarily carbon dioxide. This enables
consistent foam structure and improved thermal control.
PY660N also functions as an effective nucleating agent, enhancing cell uniformity and fine foam
quality. It is widely used in applications such as PS molding, PS sheet, PE bottle cap liners, and
PE brimmed hat foaming. With excellent dispersion and compatibility, it is ideal for packaging and
other precision foaming applications.
