[MRF (Material Recovery Facility) SYSTEM]
The material recycling facility collects wastes and separates materials such as paper, glass, plastic, metal, films, styroform, etc.
It is a facility to sort and manage wastes so that wates can be recycled as a high value - added product by packaging or secondary processing.
Basic components of MRF are as follows;
1. Bag opener : collect wastes and tear off plastic bag in order to efficient separation.
2. Vibration screen : sort particle and help even loading.
3. Manpower sorting room : inpot manpower to improve sorting efficiency.
4. Trommel : separation residue from wastes.
5. Ballistic : separating materials weight and gravity.
6. Magnetic separator : separation ferrous metal from wastes.
7. Eddy-current separator : separation non-ferrous metal from wastes.
8. NIR sorter : separation plastics by types (PET, PS, PP, PE)
9. Compressor : compress sorted material to increase efficiency of storage and transportation.
