The shape memory alloy wire with a hair-thin diameter of 0.008 inch is directly bonded to teeth, delivering the same orthodontic effect as traditional brackets while minimizing discomfort and pain.

This product eliminates unnecessary components and reproduces only the core feature of a bracket—the slot—through proprietary wire coating technology, achieving a precise clearance gap of 0.002 to 0.004 inch.

Unlike brackets which have two adhesion interfaces, E-WIRE has a single adhesion interface, significantly reducing the risk of bonding failure.
