Stripped Screw Removal Driver
If the grooves of the screw head are worn or damaged, it is very difficult to remove the screw. This problem is a practical clinical difficulty that orthopedic surgeons around the world commonly experience.
This product consists of a Handle, Body, Wrench, and Wrench tip, and the user can easily remove a damaged screw by rotating the handle counterclockwise.
Unlike a general driver, this structure forms a strong fixing force without play even if the screw groove is damaged, allowing the screw to be removed stably.
This product was designed and invented directly by a practicing orthopedic surgeon and CEO based on his clinical experience, and not only is it simple to operate and shortens the surgical time, but it also minimizes the possibility of complications and dramatically improves the success rate of removing broken screws.

Detailed Description
This product is available in a total of 4 sizes: Ø 2.5mm, Ø 3.5mm, Ø 4.5mm, Ø 5.0mm and
It consists of a handle, a body, a wrench, and a wrench tip.
Before using the product, you must **check the appropriate size and then sterilize** it.
After sterilization is complete, accurately assemble each component (handle, body, wrench, wrench tip) to prepare for use.
When using the product, when the user turns the handle counterclockwise (in the direction of removing the screw),
the pressurized part located inside the body moves forward and strongly pushes the wrench tip in the direction of the screw groove.
The wrench tip is completely pushed deep into the screw groove. Upon entering, the outer diameter of the tip end becomes larger than the size of the existing screw groove, and a strong interference fit is formed between the tip and the screw groove by the wedge principle.
Thanks to this structural feature, even for stripped screws that cannot be removed with a normal driver, a strong fixing force without play is formed, allowing the screw to be removed stably and efficiently regardless of the state of damage.
