Shipment : within 45 days from receipt of clean L/C at sight

Process of SAPP (SAIP) :Wire Rod - Pickling and Coating- Spheroidized Annealing - Pickling and Coating - (Drawing - Spheroidized Annealing - Pickling and Coating - Drawing )

Process of Bright Bars :Wire Rod ( Black Bar) - Pickling and Coating- Spheroidized Annealing – Cold Drawing – Polishing  (Peeling)

Coating :  Phosphate (Bonderite with Calcium) & Bonderlube  
Minimum quantity :  the raw materials are 2,000kgs wire rods in continues, we hope you consider minimum 4mt per diameter with  5 different diameters, the minimum order quantity is 20metric ton for FCL of 20 feet container.

Packing & Delivery: for 20ft container loading : in about 1000kg or 2000kg with PP Cloth wrapping as our export standard seaworthy packing, and stuffing and shoring into 20 feet containers,  shipment within 45 days from L/C date
Mill Test Certificate : each coil has a Test Certificate issued by POSCO South Korea. Providing the Dimensions of commodity, Weight of each coil, Numbers of the package, Heat number, Chemical composition, Mechanical properties(Tensile strength, Elongation, Reduction area, Hardness), Spheroidized Ratio & Decarburization Depth, Cleanliness Test, Nonmetallic Inclusion by ISO4967, Microstructure Test, etc.

The certificate will be included with the shipping documents.
