Our flavor lineup includes Honey Butter, Garlic, and Cheddar Cheese. Honey Butter is a sweet and savory combination of honey and butter. Garlic is full of flavor with a savory, rich garlic aroma. Cheddar Cheese is a sweet and salty combination of two cheeses. We do not purchase bagels sold as finished products. This is the production process for making bagel bread and bagel chips, from bagel dough mixing ratios to maturation and baking.
