Product Introduction

This product is designed to overcome the shortcomings of traditional sandbags.

While conventional sandbags increase workout intensity through overload, they often cause joint strain due to weight shifting, which may lead to arthritis or pain.

Instead of sand, this product uses springs and metal balls. The reactive motion of the metal balls helps to distribute the load more evenly, reducing joint pressure.

Applied Technology

During exercise, friction between the metal balls and the springs generates rhythmic sound.

When jogging or marching, this sound occurs at regular intervals depending on the user’s intensity and speed, providing real-time feedback on posture, accuracy, and movement consistency.

This invention relates to a weighted band for physical training. More specifically, it consists of a band body(10) designed to be worn on the user's wrist or ankle, coil springs(20) inserted into spring pockets(12) within the band body, and a weight(30) inserted inside each coil spring. As the user moves their wrist or ankle, the weight inside the spring generates an impact sound. This structure provides excellent wearing comfort and enhances the effectiveness of exercise or training, offering a new type of weighted band for physical conditioning.

1. This product is available in camo, blue, and black, each offered in 500g and 1kg units. Other colors and weights can be custom-made upon request.

2. Inside each band are four spring wires, each containing a metal ball.

These springs are detachable, allowing users to adjust the resistance based on their workout intensity.

The 500g band includes four 125g spring units (each containing metal balls), while the 1kg band includes four 250g spring units, totaling 1kg.

3.The internal metal balls produce a rhythmic clinking sound during walking or running, which helps with pacing and is especially useful in group training.

If you prefer silent use, you can insert a piece of thick paper at the end of each spring to eliminate the noise.
