We, GI Exhaust (brand name: MAINTECH), is specializing in manufacturing high performance automotive high performance exhaust system products.
Work Description: Hyundai Elantra N line custom variable exhaust muffler with muffler tip
Let's first take a look at the completed middle line.
This is the completed version of MAINTECH middle pipe.
MAINTECH resonator size is 200mm wide and 100mm high equipped with 1 sub-silencer gun.
For the middle line (middle exhaust pipe) that was worked on, it was a cost-effective tuning rather than a full custom line.
Only the silencer part was customized.
If you proceed with a full custom line, the material of the original pipeline casting will be changed to a SUS304 stainless steel line.
It has the feature of being able to be used longer without corrosion and even improving the flow rate.
The completed middle line is cut after the line behind the catalyst is placed in the place where the silencer will be installed.
We welded the custom-made pipeline and resonator to both sides without any problems with the original pressure.
It was completed by double welding and firmly fixing it to the middle pipeline.
In the case of the equipped MAINTECH resonator, the performance type is applied.
