But what if this exceptional material could be given a second life?

Introducing the Younatic Recycle Project by UNARTIST.
Using natural cowhide leather sourced from the domestic auto industry, we transform surplus car seat leather—renowned for its water resistance, flame retardancy, and luxurious texture—into timeless everyday accessories.

This is not salvaged from scrap vehicles.
Instead, we use unused, premium-grade leather, originally crafted for high-end sedans. Soft to the touch and rich in texture, this leather becomes even more supple with use—just like your favorite leather seat.

And that’s why we named this bag MOTIF—
Drawing from the word's dual meaning:
a “motif” as a repeated design element, and a subtle nod to “motor,” its automotive origin.
