Detailed Description
The automotive condenser is one of the core components of the car air conditioning system. It cools the refrigerant compressed by the compressor and condenses it from gas to liquid. It is located in the front of the vehicle along with the radiator and releases the heat of the refrigerant through heat exchange with the outside air.
How the automotive condenser works
The compressor compresses the refrigerant and turns it into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas.
This refrigerant reaches the condenser.
In the condenser, the refrigerant releases heat through the flow of outside air (or a fan).
The refrigerant loses heat and condenses into a high-pressure liquid.
The condensed refrigerant then moves to the expansion valve → evaporator to supply cold air inside the vehicle.
