Detailed Description
AHG, ADS: High-performance, low-nickel cores from the Econo Flux series developed with Achromat’s proprietary technology. Differentiated from conventional magnetic core materials, these materials offer outstanding cost competitiveness by significantly reducing the nickel content while maintaining similar properties to standard High Flux materials. These products are widely used in various fields such as server power, automotive OBC, and industrial power.
ANF: A nickel-free material based on Fe-Si that has a high saturation magnetic flux density of 17,000G. It is a material suitable for improving the efficiency of inductors in high-current applications, overcoming the high core loss problem typically seen in the Fe-Si series. This material is widely used for high-current power inductors in electric vehicle chargers, solar power generation systems, and various industrial equipment. It also has excellent cost competitiveness as it does not contain nickel, an expensive element.
AHF: It is the material that boasts the best performance in terms of DCB and core loss, and has a high saturation magnetic flux density of 15,000G.It is characterized by excellent energy storage capacity, a wide effective permeability range, and easy applicability to various shapes. Due to its excellent DCB and core loss characteristics, this material is widely used in PFC chokes, inline noise filters, inductors for switching regulators, pulse transformers, flyback transformers, etc., and is a suitable material for high-efficiency, high-performance applications such as GPU AI server power, medical devices, instrumentation, aerospace and defense industries.
AGN: The first product in the Alloy X series, AGN-X is designed to flexibly respond to various customer requirements by optimally combining various DCB and core loss characteristics. It provides tailored solutions for a variety of applications that require DC characteristics greater than 65% at 100Oe and low loss less than 400mW/cc at 50kHz, 0.1T. A product that perfectly meets the customer's specifications.
AGS: This product is a Sendust product line manufactured by the Gas Atomized method to minimize core loss. It is widely used in home appliances, communication equipment, and various industrial facilities. Due to the nature of the powder form, there are limitations in implementing complex shapes, but it demonstrates excellent performance with very low core loss in high-frequency applications.
