AR10 -V Series Capacitive Level Meter
The electronic module converts the level measurement into either a current signal (4-20 mA) or a voltage signal (0-10 V). The AR10-V level meters are available in several variations of measuring electrodes, including rod and rope types. These electrodes can be coated with an insulating layer for measuring levels of adhesive, aggressive, or electrically conductive media.
Rod electrodes are also available in a version with a reference (coaxial) tube, designed for level measurement of liquids in tanks made from non-conductive materials.
The level meters are offered in the following performance versions:
N: For non-explosive areas
NT: High-temperature version for non-explosive areas
Xi: Explosion-proof, intrinsically safe for hazardous (explosive) areas
XiM: Explosion-proof, intrinsically safe for use in mines with methane or flammable dust hazards (see technical specifications)
High-temperature versions such as NT, XiT, and XiMT are also available.
The AR10-V is available with various types of process connections, including metric and pipe threads, as well as NPT pressure threads
