1. The abutment plays a crucial role in connecting the implant fixture, which corresponds to the tooth root, with the crown, which corresponds to the tooth, ensuring proper functionality.
2.  Custom  abutments  are  designed  specifically  to  fit  the  patient's  oral condition,   offering   superior   aesthetics   and   functionality   compared   to standard abutments. As a result, despite the higher price, the demand for custom abutments has significantly increased.
3. Custom abutments are typically produced using dental milling machines. However, the accuracy of the abutments can be inconsistent depending on the performance and condition of the milling machine, the materials used, and the calibration of the jigs.
4. Due to these inconsistencies, custom abutments often do not fit properly in  the  mouth,  leading  to  additional  costs  and  labor  for  remakes.  It  is therefore  critical  to  resolve  fitting  issues  and  achieve  a  high  level  of precision to ensure accurate placement in the mouth.
5. Our company produces and supplies custom abutments using CNC lathes, which  offer  higher  precision  than  typical  dental  milling  machines.  As  a result,  we  have  been  recognized  by  consumers  as  a  premium-quality company (currently operating four CNC automatic lathes).
6.  To  further  expand  the  use  of  CNC  lathes,  we  have  co-developed specialized   CAM   software   with   GO2CAM   INTERNATIONAL,   a   French company, and are currently using it in our production processes.
