Songi Mushroom Liquor is a medicinal liquor made with the prized Songi mushroom, considered the best among tree-growing mushrooms, as noted in the Donguibogam.

Historically used as a premium ingredient, the Songi mushroom, also known as the “pine mushroom,” gives Songi Mushroom Liquor its unique and subtle pine aroma. It offers a refreshing sensation akin to strolling through a pine forest, with a crisp flavor and a delicate finish that lingers. This liquor pairs well with clear broths, sashimi, and other clean and light dishes.

Black Trumpet Mushroom Liquor is a medicinal wine made with the rare Black Trumpet Mushroom, which is recommended in the Bencao Gangmu for aiding digestion after consuming meat.

Black Trumpet Mushroom Liquor captures the unique aroma of the Black Trumpet Mushroom, appealing to a sophisticated fan base. It won a bronze medal at the 2007 California Riverside International Wine Competition and was selected as the official banquet wine for the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics, gaining significant recognition.

This liquor pairs exceptionally well with meat or rich foods, but it complements any dish.

Hwaju is a medicinal liquor made from precious red ginseng, which, according to the Donguibogam, revitalizes and helps prevent aging.

To make Hwaju accessible and enjoyable for everyone, both East and West, it is brewed and aged using 100% domestically sourced rice. It is then blended with a high-quality red ginseng concentrate aged for six years. The result is a liquor with no bitter aftertaste or heaviness typical of red ginseng, leaving a subtly bitter and appealing flavor.

Hwaju pairs well with cheese or seasonal fruits and is delightful when enjoyed on the rocks, similar to vodka.
