Automatic tray sealer SMART PACK is the ideal choice for sealing differently sized and shaped meal trays. It offers user-friendly operation in a compact, hygienic design and cuts the film to the contour of the food containers which you've always wanted. SMART PACK with a clean die-cut system will enhance the appearance of your meal the best that it can be at a reasonable cost.

Many sealing frames (sealing moulds) are available with their heater sets, giving SMART PACK the versatility to seal all shape and size of trays. Each mould can be purchased separately to fit with the trays you wish to seal. The temperature and sealing time are programmed in JOB function for the sealing of different materials of trays, film or meals. It is the perfect tray sealer for prepared foods, ready to eat meals, takeaway meals, frozen or fresh food, hot or cold food such as salads, fruit & vegetables, meat, poultry & fish, soups & sauces, snack & confectionery and catering trays.
