Flux Auto Coating Machine
This machine uses a roller to apply a solution containing flux (Zn) to the surface of an aluminum extrusion tube in a precise thickness and dries it to wind it up.
After raising the temperature of the tube with a preheater, apply the coating solution to both sides of the tube with a top and bottom coating roller.
The applied tube is dried through an NIR dryer and four hot air dryers, cooled and wound.

3. Application method
1) Mix at the correct rate when mixing the solution.
2) Add solution to the stirrer and stir (sealed)
3) Solution is injected between TFR and MTA roller by pulsation pump and sensor.
When the solution moves (sealed), it is applied to the tube after an exposure time of
about 2 to 3 minutes (application liquid 5 to 10CC) in the air, and thus the solution
mixing ratio does not change.

When the solution evaporates, the mixing ratio is changed, so it is replenished By using a viscometer.
