GenBody Influenza A/B Ag
Antigens of influenza virus type A and type B in the specimens are allowed to react with the anti-influenza A and anti-influenza B monoclonal antibody-coupled gold conjugate followed by reaction with anti-influenza A or anti-influenza B monoclonal antibodies immobilized in the test lines. When the sample contains influenza virus A&B, a visible line appears in the test region on the membrane. GenBody Influenza A/B Antigen is also very useful to detect influenza virus (A/B) directly and differentially from nasal swab with a high accuracy.

Detailed Description
GenBody Influenza A/B Antigen is a chromatographic immunoassay kit for rapid, qualitative, and differential determination of influenza virus type A and type B (not type C) infection from Nasopharyngeal specimens.
GenBody Influenza A/B Antigen kit contains the following items:
1. Test Cassettes individually foil-pouched with a desiccant
2. Extraction Solution
3. Disposable Dropper Cap
4. Sterilized Swabs for sample collection
5. Control Swab:
• Influenza A positive control swab: 1ea • Influenza B positive control swab: 1ea • Influenza negative control swab: 1ea
6. Instructions for Use
Test Procedure:
1) Remove the test device from the foil pouch and place the test device and extraction solution in room temperature (15~25 °C) for 15~30 minutes prior to testing.
2) Place the device on a flat surface.
3) Insert the patient swab sample into the extraction solution, then, mix the swab 8~10 times.
4) Remove the swab while pressing against the buffer tube in order to extract most of the specimen.
5) Place the dropper tip and drop 4 drops into the sample well [S]
6) Read the result after 5~10 minutes. Some positive results may appear sooner.
