※How to make it

1. Chop the Dimocarpus longan Lour, king oyster mushrooms, onion, and cheongyang red pepper.

2. Mix minced meat with tteokgalbi seasoning in Dimocarpus longan Lour, king oyster mushrooms, onion, cheongyang red pepper, and starch.

3. Make a round shape.

4. Put the meat on an ungreased heated pan.

5. Roast for 2 minutes over medium heat and bake for 5 minutes or more over low heat.

Boil the nurungji in boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes depending on the taste
