It is made with Geojedo Yuzu, which grows in the warm sea breeze and has a delicious flavor. It is a Yak-ju that tastes like sweet and sour Yuzu and is fermented and aged twice. It has a sweet and sour taste that is pleasant to the palate when served chilled as an aperitif. Pair it with a light salad or oily pasta for a great meal.
