Detailed Description
We apply a modern technique to the Korea’s traditional five-times brewing method using Snowflake Grain Yeast* that is custom produced in our own brewery. We also use specially selected glutinous & non-glutinous rice grains grown in Gimje and Beoun cities. The end result is our naturally fermented draft Makgeolli with activated yeast.
The fruity aroma original from our special rice grains becomes more pronounced upon contact with oxygen.
Lightly lift the crown cap of our Seoul Makgeolli and pour the clear, transparent liquid into a glass carafe* (decanter). Then slowly pour the remaining white portion of the liquor into the carafe and observe the white cloud that forms and rises within the glass.
