This is a naturally fermented brown rice vinegar that contains only Korean organic brown rice and Nuruk (malt), 

without the use of any additives, such as alcohol or artificial fragrances. 

It is perfect for making salad sauces, various kinds of vinegar dressings, and spicy noodles. 

Add just a few drops in order to add a clean and mouthwateringly sour taste.
