▶ Main features of ORBIS Ball-roller Bearings

1. Smooth Operation

The outer-ring of ORBIS ball-roller bearings are manufactured by machining polyacetal(POM) round-bar specially annealed. This makes ORBIS ball-roller bearings excellent in out-of-roundness and less in deformation. This is why ORBIS ball-roller bearing has a smooth operation.

2. Excellent in durability

ORBIS ball-roller consists of an outer ring made of precision machining and two inner-rings made of super-precision presses. By implementing a bearing mechanism, there is no performance degradation even in long-time working. Please refer to the below regarding the normal durability test in our factory.

3. Excellent in corrosion-resistance

Surfaces of shaft and inner-ring are plated with alloy and balls are made of stainless steel, 420J2 with less corrosion, which makes ORBIS ball-roller bearings highly corrosion resistant. This keeps ORBIS bearings higher durability and cleanliness under the humid environments. Please refer to the below regarding the normal corrosion-resistance test performed in our factory.

4. The special shape of outer-ring

The outer-ring of our ball roller bearings are not made from injection molding but are made by machining POM round-bar, so even a small amount of special-shaped products can be supplied. Our customers can get additional benefits such as reducing the number of parts and simplifying the design of objects related.

5. Reasonable Price

Inner-rings are made of press machining and shafts are made by forging process. All assembly processes for mass production are automated by the facilities designed by our own technology. Therefore, we can supply high-quality rollers at a very reasonable price.
