  1. Product Description

 

  • It is designed to measure the change over time of continuous ground horizontal displacement at any time in a place where an automated measurement system is built without a site visit.
  • Several electric inclinometers are connected using a rod and wheel assembly, and it is inserted into the inclinometer casing and then fixed. To acquire the data of the existing manual portable inclinometer, the probe must be inserted into the inclinometer casing and moved to the desired measurement position. and measurement errors and measurement time constraints can be improved.
  • The sensor used is relatively inexpensive compared to servo-type accelerometers and provides very good resolution over a long period of time. Acquisition of measurement data can be easily measured by installing a terminal box at the top of the perforation.
  • Remote measurement or unmanned operation is possible using data logging equipment or automated measurement devices. Depending on the attachment direction, it can be operated in either Uniaxial or Biaxial mode.
  • It should be installed with a standard inclinometer casing with a groove, and the guide wheel places the inclinometer in the center of the casing. The inclinometer casing controls the direction and is installed in a vertical bore-hole that exceeds the expected displacement area. Up to 40 inclinometers that can be installed in a row when using a casing with an inner diameter of φ60 change the position angle as the displacement of the stratum occurs.
  • This amount of change is output in mV/V, and the horizontal displacement value can be easily calculated by multiplying the converted sinθ by the gauge length L, and the displacement amount of the moved distance is the difference between the initial measured value and the current measured value Semi-permanent measurement is possible with a built-in high-accuracy resistance temperature sensor and lightning protection circuit.
