Washing Guide

1/ Water washing and dry cleaning are available. (Use of perchlorethylene or petroleum-based solvents)
2/ Wash with water temperature of about 40℃.
3/ It can be washed gently in a washing machine.
4/ Cannot be bleached with oxygen or chlorine bleach.
5/ Covering the fabric over the fabric and ironing at 80~120℃ is recommended.
6/ Weakly squeeze by hand, hang on a hanger and dry in the shade.

It is an eco-friendly organic fiber patented in Germany that has passed all Euro certification tests and has the effect of relieving diseases such as sensitive skin or dermatitis.
In particular, it is biodegradable and protects the skin from harmful UVA and UVB that can damage skin cells.
It is ATVLO's steady design that maximizes activity by combining raglan sleeves with a V-neck design that is comfortable to wear.

Shipping Policy

We ship most products internationally.
Available product lines, shipping rates, and fees may vary depending on the delivery country and address. We offer Expedited Shipping service such as EMS. The delivery time varies by the Postal Service, Destination country's Postal Service, and Customs clearance procedures. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery time. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you have any questions regarding the shipping charges & customs duties, please feel free to contact us. *For some countries, we can not offer international shipping because of delivery time, tracking information, customs clearance, import duty, and COVID-19 airline limitations.

• Our Shipping & Handling Time for most items is 3-15 days. In case we are unable to ship the items within 3 business days, we will notify you of the shipping status immediately.
• Standard Shipping: 14-21 days (It could take 4-8 weeks if customs clearance and import duty check caused delays)
• Expedited Shipping 10-15 days (It could take 3-4 weeks if customs clearance and import duty check caused delays)

If there is a severe weather condition, the shipping & delivery time could be varied depending on the status of the weather condition.

Return and Refund Policy

• All returns including exchanges & returns for a refund must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
• The returning shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility except for wrong items, defective items, or Free Return eligible items or locations.
• Before returning the item(s) back to us, please contact us to obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
• Without the return receipt with the RMA number will cause a delay to process the refund & exchange.
• All returning items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached.
The returned item without the original tag attached will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• If the item is returned after 30 days, no refund will be issued. The item will be returned to the buyer or will be donated to charity.
• If the item is returned due to 'Wrong Address', 'Unclaimed', 'Undeliverable' or 'Refused', Expedited Shipping & Express Shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
• If any free shipping items are returned due to 'Wrong Address', 'Unclaimed', 'Undeliverable' or 'Refused', they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• The returns including refund & exchange will be processed within 2-5 business days after we receive the item back.
• If the return is caused by a manufacturing defect or receiving the wrong item(s), we will be fully responsible for the returning shipping cost.
• ATVLO reserves the right to limit the number of returns.
• All purchases made with partial or complete gift certificates or eGift cards are not refundable.
• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
• We do not accept returns for any promotional sale items, promotional giveaway items, or some health, and personal care items.

Please obtain a tracking number for your returns. In case the returned items are lost without the tracking number, we are not responsible for a refund or exchange.
In case the returned item is lost or missing, the tracking must be shown as 'Delivered' to our return department's zip code to be covered.
Any missing packages or damaged or defective items must be claimed within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date.
