We grow microorganisms in lab scale and use the stainless steel fermentor for industrial scale. After then we produce microorganisms products with SSF(Solid State Fermentation) in few days again. So we have a rich fermented flavor and a secondary metabolites such as amylase, protease, etc by microorganisms in the products. We believe that microorganisms consume liquid media in lab scale and stainless steel fermentor, and consume solid food in SSF and microorganisms have a adaptation time. so the microorganisms use different type of food, and they are ready to eat cows, pigs, and chickens' feed to digest easily.
