HIM-F is a specialized final inspection machine where F stands Final.

This final inspection occurs before final packing process.

The machine has two large inspection criteria, external inspection and dimension inspection.

Detailed inspection criteria are following:

- Cutting edge inspection

- Surface inspection

- Upper side dimension inspection

- Side dimension inspection

- Honing side inspection

- Different type sorting

The machine has ±5㎛ of tolerance in dimension inspection.

For surface inspection, there are two types of tolerances, 14㎛ x 14㎛ or 100㎛ x 100㎛, according to inspection type.
