Unlike analog circuit breakers, which used to determine trip status only by judging the
'current quantity' of leakage current, it is a 'digital circuit breaker' that fundamentally
prevents 'misoperation' in which the circuit breaker is tripped by noise, lightning surge, etc. by
analyzing based on various data such as 'current quantity, waveform shape, cycle, time of
leakage current'.

⦁Differences from Practical Use Technology
1. Current Wave Form Analysis Technology
- The existing circuit breaker, which determines whether or not a short circuit is caused by
information on the 'current quantity' of leakage current, is mistaken for a short circuit and
shuts off power to various surges and lightning strikes with similar current waveforms, which
is the main cause of the power outage caused by the malfunction of the circuit breaker.
Its digital circuit breakers are designed to accurately distinguish between short circuit and
noise and to operate normally only when there is a short circuit by applying algorithms that
analyze them based on various data such as 'form, cycle, continuity of the waveform, and
timing of occurrence' as well as the amount of current that the input signal has.
2. Current wave type detection technology
- Leakage currents are introduced into sine waves with alternating current characteristics that
change direction and size periodically over time, but the existing circuit breaker has a semi-
wave detection technology that detects only one side of the waveform's upper or lower side and
recognizes a single short circuit signal to determine whether to block.
On the other hand, its digital circuit breaker is designed to detect radio waves so that all
sections of the incoming leakage current can be measured. Regardless of when the incoming
leakage current occurs, it recognizes two or more times and decides to block the leakage,
minimizing errors in the input signal distortion that can occur on a single signal.
