2.SUS 304/316 tank used for marine offshore plant
3. Marine electrode
?Marine Growth Preventing System (MGPS) This is a device for marine attachment and corrosion prevention.
?There are two types of devices currently in use.
1. A current flows through the Cu electrode and the Al electrode so that copper ions and aluminum ions flow out into the sea chest.
Of these, copper ions are toxic and serve to kill marine organisms, and aluminum ions adhere to the inner wall of the pipe to form an oxide film to prevent corrosion in the pipe.
2. Electric current is electrolyzed by applying a current to the Ti-Anode (titanium electrode rod) to make NaCl-> Na molecule + Cl molecule. That is, it is a method that sterilizes with chlorine.
ICCP (Impressed Current Cathodic Prevention) This is a device for reducing the corrosion of hulls that come into contact with seawater by using a step-down cathodic protection method. A certain amount of current is applied to the fore and aft electrodes to make the hull a relative cathode to reduce reactivity and reduce corrosion.
