Any regular knife has its flat blade in a single direction that its blade contacts the cutting board and eventually dulls the knife’s blade, but this product has a serrated blade shape that has the least contact with the cutting board which prevents any dulling of the blade.
 
Any regular knife’s blade has little or no frictional force in cutting any frozen food, but this product’s serrated blade allows for both the power and feasbility in cutting any frozen food.

The scissors also has a part at its end for bottle opening and removal of potato eyes. It may be also used for the removal of fish fins.
