The Government currently makes earnest efforts to promote carbon neutrality and reduce harmful substances present in exhaust gas and fine dust. Currently, most of the micro-dust and harmful substances generated at home are caused by exhaust gas emitted from chimneys (flues) of factory facilities that constitute boilers, power plants, steel mills, incinerators, etc. Besides the pure water vapor, lots of harmful substances(nitrogen oxide, sulfur oxide, dust, moisture etc.) causing various problems are present in the white smokes emitted from these factories, notably, power plants, steel mills,
incinerators.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for the government to reduce fine dust and harmful substances present in exhaust gas from these facilities. To date, for reducing micro-dust, SOx and white smoke in exhaust gas, the low-temperature, high-efficiency condensable heat exchange system for recovery of

waste heat is applied, whereby cooling water fed at a temperature below 20℃ is heated up to about 60℃ with high-temperature exhaust gas through the water-cooled heat exchanger, resulting in hot water being recovered and reused to heat water and supply
heating for building, agriculture and aquaculture, which in turn contributes to energy conservation and reducing air pollution.

Detailed Description

By using the low-temperature, high-efficiency condensable heat exchange system for the recovery of waste heat, high-temperature exhaust gas from heat-generating facilities (i.e. industrial boilers, incinerators, co-generation plant, thermal power plant, etc.) is converted to low-temperature exhaust gas, thereby preventing atmospheric warming. And then, heated water is reused for co-generation heating, water boilers and supply heating for buildings, as well as agriculture and aquaculture. SOx, dust, moisture etc. are condensed (condensed water) and reduced in the heat exchange system, resulting in reducing air pollutants, preventing white smoke as well as recovering and reusing waste energy.

The temperature of exhaust gas from the heat-generating facilities that burn fuels containing sulfuric components could not be lowered below 150℃ due to low-temperature corrosiveness caused by SOx. Meanwhile, not affected at all by low-temperature corrosion, the heat exchange system for the recovery of waste heat is capable of lowering the exhaust gas temperature below 50℃, an exclusive pioneering technology worldwide.
