Neobiani is a barbecue cuisine made by royal style recipe for bulgogi that minces meat in pieces and marinates it in traditional Korean style soy souce seasoning for some time and them grills it.
Neobiani was eaten only in royal court by the mid Chosun (in 1500s) but as the recipe was widely spread in the late Chosun (1600s) the recipe was developed into various ones that use pork or shortens the process of cooking.
After the dissolution of the dynasty in the late 1800s, the cuisine became widely spread as royal chefs started working at private sector.
The Key to the recipe for Neobiani is mincing of meat and the special complex soy souce.
