1) Concept
o Turbo classifier classifies fine powder and coarse powder by rotor equipment and air system which is set in the inner classifier case. Depending rotational speed and structure of rotor and volume of inject air, classifying size of powder is changed

2) Product Features
Wonjin Tech’s classifier rotor consists of three steps. The classifier is suitable to distribute fines accurately. Fine material which has strong cohesion or adhesiveness is separated by turning force of rotor and centrifugal force of strong air. Efficiency of classifying is very high (around 80~90%). The classifier saves space for erection due to compact size compared to other separators.

* MS Separator (Separate standard: 300 mesh calcium carbonate 80% pass) 
o Range of powder's separation: 5~150µm

 
* TS Separator (Separate standard: 300 mesh calcium carbonate 80% pass)
o Features: Use for precise separating, especially the TS separator is able to classify by sub-micron size range
