Injection Heading Machine

It makes neck and shoulder on the sleeves by injection processing.

There is no operator needed to control or make the tube load in the mandrel.

The machine has sleeve storage and the operator put the sleeves in the storage from time to time.

You can have a orifice at which diameter you want after shoulder & neck is made without extra drill machine.

It can apply to both round and oval shape tubes with Orientation of I-mark.

It consist of 4-station, loading, injection, orifice cutting and unloading.

Injection unit is divided 4 sectors with 4 mandrels.
