Detailed Description
The principle of ultrasonic cleaning is based on the cavitation effect,
and this cavitation involves not only the micro agitation depending
on the vibration of bubbles but also thermal and chemical reactions
caused by the pressure and heat generated in the process of bubble
destruction.
As a result of the combination and repetition of such reactions,
the chemical reactions of the cleaning solution are enhanced,
distributions are increased, and foreign substances attached to the
surface of the object to be cleaned are removed.
Even ultra-precision cleaning is possible depending on the choice of detergent.
