[HIFLUX] High Pressure Needle Valve

Needle valve is a hand-operated valve to control the flux of oil or gas according to the degree by which the stem is blocking the passage of oil or gas, or it can be used to open or close the flow of oil or gas.

Needle valve is remarkably safe and is highly resistant to corrosion because it was designed and manufactured by taking into account the features of oil and gas and pressure used at different temperatures.

The life of this product has been lengthened by preventing the stem’s galling as much as possible.
This product has four body types; straight, angle, 3way/1on pressure, and 3way/2on pressure.
You can use this product according to desired options by means of pressure and port size.

Ball valve is a manual valve that is used to open or close the flow of gas or fluids by the turning 90-degrees with a valve handle.

Hiflux Ball valve is using a trunnion-type ball with a seat and possible to use in low pressure and high pressure environment without leakage.

Peek which is good for abrasion resistance, rub resistance and chemical resistance is used for the seat.

-  Turn 1/4"(90-degrees) 
-  Tubing size: 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 9/16"
-  Max working pressure: 20,000psi
-  Advance of abrasion resistance, rub resistance and chemical resistance with PEEK for seat.

-  Would be required to high driving power at the first open or close if not used a long time.

 Ball valve is a manual valve that is used to open or close the flow of gas or fluids by turning 1/4" (180-degrees) or 1/2" (180-degrees) with a valve handle.

 HIFLUX Ball valve is using a trunnion-type ball with a seat and possible to use in low pressure and high pressure environment without leakage. Peek which is good for abrasion resistance, rub resistance and chemical resistance is used for the seat.

 HIFLUX provide two types of 3-way ball valve which change output flow direction or close by 1/2"(180-degrees) turn and diverter type which changes flow direction by turning 1/4”(90-degrees).
