How to Use

1. You can feel the cooling sensation for a long time if you usually store it in the freezer or freeze it in the freezer for about 3 hours before use. (Keep cool for 30 minutes.)

2. Rub massage to the area you want or acupressure massage focusing on blood points. (Especially good for the calves, and trapezius management.)

3. Massage the applied area with a soothing gel or cream to make it softer and more effective.

4. After use, wipe it clean with a wet tissue, alcohol, or water and store it. It can be used hygienically for a long time.
