This is a sandwich panel using EPS board as insulation. Thanks to using EPS boards,

this line has the simplest process with the highest capacity. This consists of raw material insert, laminating & cutting, and an outlet section.

While the inserted steels are passing through the forming rollers of the upper and lower forming machine,

it has the required profiles as inner and outer skins and these are laminated with EPS boards by polyurethane glue.

Finally, the sandwich panel is cut into the required length and discharged outside by a roller conveyor.  

Various profiles are possible by adding different roll forming machines.

Thanks to its price, good insulation, fine appearance, lightness, and long lifespan, pre-fabricated EPS

sandwich panels are widely used to build factories and warehouses.
