What kind of salt is this?

'Salt in Diamond' is the best and most special salt produced in Shinangun mudflats in Republic of Korea.

Sea salts from mudflats only account for 0.2% world salt production, boasting its uniqueness.

Most of these salts are produces in Shinangun, Republic of Korea, meanwhile some small amount is also produced in Guérande, France.

The mudflats naturally filter pollutants. Its biodiversity provides with various minerals form the ecosystem,

as a result the salt from these mudflats have the utmost quality.

 

Shinangun has one of the world's top five mudflats, the only mudflat designated as a UNESCO biosphere reserve.

'Salt in Diamond' produces the most special sea salt in this pristine mudflat by our own unique methods.

Raw Salt in Diamond's cube shape is unique, 0.0001% of the world salt production.

 

How is this made?

It takes 7,200 hours to firm the mudflat, fetch water, wait for natural harmony, collect by hand and mature.

Each salt crystal, 100% handcrafted by channelling the pristine clean sea water.

Slowly dried with the warm air below 70 degrees Celsius,

taking 10 times longer than normal salt processing and reserving goodness and nutrition from the mudflat.

Salt in Diamond contains 15 natural minerals, goodness and nutrition brought by the pristine mudflat,

a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Docho Island in Shinan-gun, Republic of Korea.

Produced in the safe manufacturing facility made from strictly chosen timber.

Every equipment is manufactured in the facility using

environmentally friendly non-toxic materials except for the concentration measuring machine.
