Detailed Description

Control valves are divided into two groups: 2-way types and 3-way types.

These types are further divided into DP/DG series and TG/TR series according to the structure of the trim parts.

 

All of these control valves adopt a pneumatic diaphragm actuator in common. It is normal practice that these

valves are supplied to the customers together with the electro-pneumatic controller(EPCON) and sensor.

Since the quantity of output air from the EPCON to the diaphragm actuator is large enough to activate

the diaphragm in the time valve positioner is not used in the BY's control system.

 

In case of customer's request, electric motor driven type actuator can be supplied as a substitute for pneumatic

diaphragm actuator, and the pneumatic controller coupled with valve positioner for EPCON respectively.

In addition to this, limit switches, solenoid valves, I/P transducers, manual handwheels and etc. can also be supplied when these are needed.

- Controller : Electro-Pneumatic Controller (EPCON), Pneumatic Controller (BPCON), Electric Controller.

  * EPCON Controller does not require valve positioned.

- Flow Characteristics (2-Way) : Equal Percentage, Linear, Quick Opening, Parabolic, Noise Reducing

- Flow Characteristics (3-Way) : Linear

- Spring Range : 0.2~1.0kg/cm2, 0.4~2.0kg/cm2
