Valve Remote Control System (VRCS) is a convenient system for the remote operation of the valves such as butterfly valve, ball valve and other special type of valve by using hydraulic power. Rack and pinion actuators are available in both double and single acting design. This system consists of control console, hydraulic power unit, solenoid valve cabinet, valves with hydraulic actuators.

Detailed Description

Valve Remote Control System is applied for remote control of valve and designed primarily for use on board ship.

The remote valve is provided with a hydraulic actuator powered from a hydraulic power unit and controlled by solenoid valves.

All remote valve actuators are designed to be capable of local manual operation.

 

- Hydraulic Actuator (Rotary)

  * Type : Rack & Pinion, Piston

  * Acting : Double/Single,

  * Fail Position : Fail Lock/Closed/Open

  * Application : Butterfly Valve, Gate Valve, Globe Valve, Ball Valve

- Hydraulic Power Unit

  * Oil Tank Volume : 100 ~ 1,000 liters

  * Pump Capacity : 2.6 ~ 12.1 liters

  * Accumulator : 32 ~ 400 liters

  * Pressure Switch Setting : Pump start at 150 bar / Pump stop at 185 bar

  * Relief Valve Setting : 190 bar

  * Alarm : Level, Temperature, Low pressure & High pressure
