EP-COAT is an epoxy primer that increases the adhesion and water resistance of new and old asphalt, the steel plate deck, and concrete slab in bridge pavement. The new EP-COAT is especially effective in protection of HMA pavements from the damage associated with fuel spills or oil leaks in airport pavement maintenance.
