This is the line to produce polyurethane sandwich panels with the best insulation.

The line is optimized to produce sandwich panels with the best productivity and central control. It is composed of 3 different sections of uncoiling & profiling, laminating & cutting, stacking & packing. The uncoiling & profiling section is to release and profile 2 layers of steel. The laminating & cutting section is to inject polyurethane onto the steel, making it into foam by heating while it is passing through the double slat conveyor, and lastly cut into the required length. At the stacking & packing section, the finished panels are piled up by an auto stacker. Then the panel bundle is packed with a vinyl wrap for safe delivery to the customer.

The centralized control system allows easy control from the steel profiling to the panel packing. The key material of polyurethane can be stored in the best condition.
