Q, What are the strengths of Thermochromic products?
A. The strengths of Insilico's Thermochromic products are high dispersibility, Clear color density, and rapid discoloration.

Q. What applications are available for slurry and powder products?
A. Slurry products have excellent dispersibility as the solvent is water. Applicable to water-based ink.
Powder products can be applied to solvent base oil-based ink and plastic injection.

Q. What is the ionicity of microcapsules?
A. Microcapsules become anionic under the influence of emulsifiers and dispersants used in manufacturing, and when used in combination with cationic surfactants such as most fabric softeners, it may cause agglomeration and troubles of the capsules. Avoid mixing them as much as possible, or use them within a range that does not cause trouble.

Q. What is the expiration date of the product?
A. It is safe for more than 2 years when stored in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Aggregation and delamination are normal during the storage period of the slurry and can be used after redistributing in a 45C water bath before use.

Q. How long does the discoloration function last when the thermochromic product is applied to the product?
A. Thermochromic products are vulnerable to sunlight, so it is recommended to use indoor products. When applied to indoor products, the discoloration function can be maintained for more than 1 year, and the number of times of discoloration can be repeated 1000 times or more. Thermochromic products react sensitively to the external environment, and their actual durability may vary depending on the user.
