Since HANSCO’s foundation in 1976, the company has become a leader in material and machinery industries, and have continuously done so for the last 35 years. HANSCO has achieved this by striving to develop casting and machining technologies.

We have been able to provide a steady supply to large heavy-industry companies, both at home and abroad, with our industry-related products as well as steel manufacturing facilities, ship parts, and generating units. With our comprehensive machine plants that range from material to the machine and assembly processes, we have been able to produce such products.

In particular, we have the best technology in casting, machining, and assembling Roll Chock, which is the core of steel manufacturing facility parts. We have also succeeded in independently developing Oil Film Bearings, which we currently mass-produce and supply. We have also developed Cylinder Covers with steel casting, which are the main parts of ship engines, and acquired a quality certificate from MAN B&W and WÄRTSILÄ, as well as the nation’s first patent for such product. As such, we are also mass-producing and supplying this product.

The Roll Chock is a type of housing that supports the rotation of a roll from both sides of a rolling mill. It is used for the rolling process of steel mills, wherein thick steel plates are pressed to create steel sheets. The required precision, strength, and durability has to be maintained. It is a core part of a rolling mill, which decides the quality of steel plates.
