Hot Rolling Oil

Hot Rolling Oil is used to protect the surface of work roll and to enhance the quality and productivity of hot rolled steel sheets through decrease of roll force.

Cold Rolling Oil

Cold rolling oil is used to enhance the surface quality through lubrication and cooling frictional heat

and plastic deformation heat generating during the cold rolling process.

Wet Temper Fluids

Wet temper oil is used for temper rolling process of finishing the surfaces of annealed steel sheets or hop-dip coated steel sheets with high roughness roll. Having excellent cleaning and anti-rustings, these are classified into wet temper oil for galvanized steel sheets and that for general steel sheets.

These fluids diluted with ion-exchange water are sprayed director to steel sheets and rolls.
